What really stands out is the positive energy in the gym. It’s a place where everyone feels welcome, whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete. The group classes are a fantastic bonus, offering both fun and challenging workouts. I’ve made great progress since joining and genuinely enjoy every visit. I love this place!!! Super-friendly trainers, dynamic work outs and good vibes. In fact it is the first gym where I didn't feel intimidated to go to a weight-lifting class. I really enjoy the pilates classes a lot too! ACTIVO has expanded my view of fitness and encouraged me to workout in a more balanced and sustainable way 🤍
