a year agoAlmost moved here because the workouts were soooo good! What an incredible community that has been created here in Santa Teresa! No need to go anywhere else for a workout, these classes are unreal! Each day is a different muscle group so you can go every day and rest on Sunday!Marco will push you, make sure you are always doing the correct form, and teach you the most effective ways of doing every movement! Thank you for an incredible gym experience!

3 years agoThis is my most favorite gym on the planet. Marco always has the best training and workouts for the classes. Get ready to sweat and move. This gym is amazing for all levels of fitness and beginners as well. It’s a great way to start the morning in Santa Teresa.

3 years agoMy wife and I always look for good high intensity workouts when we travel. Though we usually go to CrossFit gyms, we were really psyched to find Marcos studio in Santa Teresa. He offers a guided class of body weight movements, dumbbell and TRX and incorporates EMOMs, AMRAPs and stretching. Highly recommend checking out RTB when your in ST!
