2 weeks agoI didn’t stay at Believe Yoga Resort, but I visited to take a yoga class, and it was a fantastic experience. The yoga class itself was top-notch, and the resort offered such a peaceful, serene environment. I paid $16.95 for the class, which I felt was well worth it, especially since they provided a yoga mat and water. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to practice in a calming setting.

4 months agoThis location is perfect with quick access to everything in Santa Teresa. They are also able to coordinate various accommodations throughout your trip from taxis to ATV rides to surf lessons. Having a cafe on site that has a wide range of hours and is reasonably priced was also helpful in making me feel at home and relaxed during my trip. The first night the host was amazing, friendly and helpful. The second day I was incredibly put off and uncomfortable with how rude and disengaged the host was. The rooms were decent especially for the price but the architecture is not built for the climate. Everything in your room will be soaked from the humidity which was something I didn't experience anywhere else I stayed in Santa Teresa.

2 months agoI stayed with friends in Santa Teresa early 2024 and at the hotel for a few nights. During trip we took many yoga classes and a few surf lessons at Believe Surf and Yoga. The instructors were all knowlegeable and fun. The hotel was neat and tidy. The staff was concerned about making people happy. This is a negative review because of Martin a hotel employee who made me feel threatened. The way he treated females was aggressive rude and disgusting. In the evening he would play his guitar in the reception and he is not good at the guitar. Our last day he was sick and laying out on a whole bench in the reception. This would be a 4 star without that employee.

5 months agoThis was my third time in Costa Rica, and my first time in Santa Teresa. I had the most wonderful time at Believe. The room was absolutely lovely (stayed at a Loft), and the Yoga classes were amazing. By day 3, the staff knew my 'breakfast routine' ... and in terms of location, energy, and people - this has been my best yoga retreat thus far.

5 months agoEnjoyable while challenging drop-in Yoga Class. The teacher was extremely knowledgeable with positive vibes. Beautiful outside studio environment overlooking lush greenery and swimming pool. There is also a delicious coffee cafe with lots to offer.
